Add some examples for the STM32-Discovery board.

This adds a directory of examples, tested on the STM32-Discovery, just
modifications of: button, miniblink, fancyblink, usart, and rtc.

This example program sends some characters on USART1 on the ST STM32 Discovery
eval board.
The terminal settings for the receiving device/PC are 38400 8n1.
The sending is done in a blocking way in the code, see the usart_irq example
for a more elaborate USART example.
